Shipping & Handling
So far,goodskickz has provided shipping services to customers in more than 200 countries around the world. We have established excellent cooperation with professional and stable shipping companies. According to our shipping experience, we have adopted different shipping methods for different countries’ customs conditions. Ensure that your package can reach the destination quickly and safely.
After successfully placing the order, you will receive our email confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact us via whatsapp or email.
We will strictly control the quality of your goods and ensure they are properly packed before preparing for shipping. The order will take 1-3 working days to process (if it is in stock). During this period, we will provide you with a product quality control chart through whatsapp or email to check the product (if you are not satisfied with the QC photo before shipping, we can help you replace or cancel the order). Once we get your shipping instructions, we will arrange shipping immediately.
The shipping method we usually use is: DHL/EMS/USPS/FEX/UPS/Special Express. Starting from the QC photo confirmation, the shipping period will take about 7-15 days. After shipping, we will provide you with the first shipping tracking number. Due to the special shipping method, we will provide you with the second shipping tracking number about 3-4 days after you receive the first shipping tracking number. The second shipping tracking number will be your final tracking number. The way to provide tracking number will be through whatsapp and Email.
Note: During the COVID-19 period, due to unstable shipping, the shipping time in some areas may exceed 15 days, depending on the flight situation, which is beyond our control, but we will work hard to coordinate occasional delays. Ensure that every package arrives smoothly and safely.
